New to MyBB and much appreciated if someone can assist.

I want the thread to be displayed with user info on the left and message on the right (like: https://www.mybb-it.com/Thread-Mi-presento--465) 

Also, I want to have a side bar showing the hot topics and latest post.

How can I do that?
