If you've seen this, the modification settings section should be added.
If not, try the attached file. It should add a new group and it's settings.

All you need to do now is fix up the installation files so a newbie doesnt ask the same questions!

Edit: Do we delete modificationsettings.php when we have run it?

Yes, I see it now. I love how much you have edited myBB to work in you application it's realy cool!

You're allowed to remove it. It's not a required file.
