Hello all.

I have downloaded and modified the plugin file to make it compatible with 1.8 (changing 14* to 18*) and it is showing that it successfully installed.

I have also modified my administrative group permissions to be able to make changes on the plugin, however I still can't access it (there's no new module tab showing in the admin panel).

Am I missing something?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Not all plugins are compatible with all versions of MyBB. I would be exercising caution changing MyBB 1.6 plugins to 1.8, without even bothering with the 1.4 plugins.

I understand that.  I don't even want to consider the 1.4 plugins.

I'm using the information provided by Polarbear541 located here

I'm really grasping for a plugin that works in 1.8.x like this (as it seems many others are as well by the forum searches).

14* is a 1.4 plugin...

FML.  16* is what I meant (just rechecked that my brain an fingers weren't on the same wavelength)
