I got this problem with the DVZ shoutbox, and I literally don't know how to fix it?
Does anyone have a clue on how to fix it? so it's looks better, and not that chaotic...

Stylesheet is missing. Have you copied the content of STYLES.txt in the global.css of your theme?
Yeah, I fixed it, somehow? Don't know how, since I just reinstalled it.
NOW I got another problem, and that is, that when I write messages it works fine, but when other people write messages, f,x each 3 seconds, they can, MAYBE, see the first message, but the next messages they send is not shown for them, but it is for me.
Got any idea? DOn't know where to edit this..........

Cookie secure flag is missing in your theme. This causes the problem.
To fix it edit template headerinclude and after:
var cookiePrefix = "{$mybb->settings['cookieprefix']}";
add:
var cookieSecureFlag = "{$mybb->settings['cookiesecureflag']}";
