Hello.

I installed Green Arrow theme.

But some words are not translated to my language.

Where could I change that?

There are many strings that you cannot translate with files. They are in templates. Tell us what you want to translate and we can tell you the template.

You will have to manually change some variables in the theme, you can read more about templates here
