im trying to install my forums is it the domain that is stopping this install
everything is done correctly Sad
Erm, that doesn't exist. Are you sure you uploaded the contents of the "Upload" folder to where you think you uploaded it to?

Edit: In fact, your domain shows a holding page. If you have recently purchased hosting for the domain and changed the domains DNS servers, it may take a while for the new DNS servers to propagate around the Internet. Your domain will not work properly until this has happened.

* ***CHANGE NAMESERVERS***
* Change IPSTAG (.uk domains only)
* Modify Contact Details
* WHOIS Opt out(.uk domains only)
* Holding Page Wizard
* Transfer Domain to another 123reg User
* Display or Print an Invoice


Select Change Name servers and enter in ns.123-reg.co.uk and ns2.123-reg.co.uk then select update name servers and allow 24 - 72 hours for the change and full propagation.
