I am testing my forum before launching it for users. I have noticed that the users (both admin and guest) or not able to download the attachment file. If I try to download the attachment, the page is kept on loading. During the page loading, I'm not able to visit any other pages of the forum. I have checked that whether the attachment option is enabled in ACP. Kindly help me to figure out the issue.

are you using regular browser to download ?
Yes, using google chrome for downloading the attachment.
tested also with Chrome & worked fine.
if you are using any addon for downloading then disable it & check again
