At the time of writing all discovered
issues have been resolved, so if nothing comes up within the next few days 1.8.20 should be out.
Will there be some special requirements when upgrading?

The upgrade script will be required, but otherwise it's a standard upgrade.
Awesome, i am testing yest but i have not found any issues related but i am not test many parts due i do not use it at all.
Anyways i will try to review some parts due i am creating a new skin for this new series but right now i have no time to review it due a servral reasons, but i think you have done it in all senses

MyBB 1.9 will have a responsive theme by default, MyBB 1.8.20 does not.
