Check out http://www.clickherefree.com and you'll find loads of them and the top ten, but most of them may require you to join up to their forum and to gain points to get space.

Helphousehosting dosnt require this like allot of others do. All they ask is that you add a little google add to the index of you page and thats it.

Allot of sites out there require you to post on there forums, have adds on every page, if you dont use your site in 7 days delete you ete etc etc but Helphousehosting doesnt. As long as you have a little google banner at the main index you set.
