So I got my site an SSL Installed the ssl correctly all works. 
So when I load my site without https so http:// it all normal

ACP -> Configuration -> Site Details -> Board URL

Make sure its https there.

Deleting the theme author's credentials from the webpages violates the ToS of using the author's free theme.

Save the theme CSS once again after changing the url in settings to https. I faced the same issue, i saved the theme and style order and did a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) and it was back.
