thanks a lot it's working but still there is a little problem that the image is getting repeated to cover the postbit , it should be resizing i mean it should be one image that should covered the whole postbit by resized itself , is the css needs some changes ?

Just add this css to postbit_background:

background-size: 100% 100%;
