The default theme in MyBB 1.9 will be responsive. This, as well as a slew of other features, will be available in version 1.9.

Btw 1.9 was not really about being responsive or not. 1.9 is more about using twig to ease up theme designers job

I wouldn't want to be rude but in 2021 it is really unacceptable that the default theme of your forum and the standard forum theme that users install are not responsive.
Mybb to date is the only forum project still alive and used enough, but if users have difficulty accessing from cell less people will use it and it would be a real shame.

i don't understand what you want to say....
please elaborate the errors or problems you are facing with this theme.... And yes it is mobile friendly and i have mentioned that it is still in development. So your precious suggestions will be appreciated. Thank You.

It is not possible that this forum https://community.mybb.com/ is not responsive when about 90% of people visit mobile sites.
And also the defoult theme when installing mybb is not responsibe.
People use forums less and less and not having a responsibe theme still makes them use less.
I don't know how to program but I don't think making a defoult responsibe theme is very difficult.

which is based on a totally mobile friendly theme.

version 1.9 is not known when it will be released and people have been visiting the sites almost exclusively from mobile for many years.
Making a responsive theme is certainly much easier and faster than a new version of mybb.
If you want to use mybb in a period where fewer and fewer people use the forums, at least you need to make it responsive.
