If we bann new user (spam) it should not be shown on board statistics as welcome new memeber { Username (banned)}

Fair point actually, half the new accounts here are spam 😂

Should be no big deal to avoid a banned user to be shown as new member welcome'd.

Btw @ all developers for any kind of stats plugins,
You may consider make such option part of your plugin development (e.g. TopStats or other extended forum stats plugins).

Nevertheless in an AUTHENTIC forum a spam user better should be deleted not banned

Not sure about the authentic part - but for those using admin activation, not great having to activate a user you're going to ban anyway.  We almost always know.  Exceptions of course, but when it comes to activation and greetings - usually.  Been that way since 1806 that I know of:
