Ok so if you said that this size doesn't matter then I will trust you , in this case I think everything is solved .
no need to trust someones word, you can simple set up a demo board and import your sql backup to see if everything is okay or not.
Yes, as I said above, the best way to test a backup is complete is just to import it and test it, rather than just basing it on file size.
