Hi
Recently I converted from IPB to MyBB, i made a post about it here and stated how it went well:

It appears that it may not have went as well as I thought, yesterday I mentioned to my forum members via Twitter that the forum is open again, however people are having problems logging in, they keep being told their credentials are wrong.

The forum is on a subdomain "forum.website.yxz" and the settings.php have the following:
$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".forum.website.xyz";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
$settings['cookieprefix'] = "";

My loginconvert version is 1.4.2.

As far as I understand everything is as it should be, yet people cannot login, is there a way to fix this?

Have you activated the plugin "Login Password Conversion"?

Or perhaps there has been some changes in IPB's password handling? What was the version of IPB you were converting from?

Yeah Login Password Conversion is activated.

I don't remember the version of IPB, it is possibly 4.6 something.
