Hello,

I'm banned on the website "http://univers-volvo.fr/" using my public IP address.
If I use a VPN, I'm not banned, and I can connect on this website.
How to fix this issue ?

Contact the board admin: your public IP address might be banned. If it's a dynamic one, it could have been used for spam and reported as to stopforumspam.
If it's a static one, ask why it is banned.
Yo can have a look @ https://www.stopforumspam.com/removal to see if your IP is recorded as spam IP.

There's a "Contact" link in the footer of the site, that would be a good place to start. Beyond that, we don't know how to contact the site owner any more than you do.
