MyBB Community Forums - New users can't register

We installed an older version of MyBB and when we upgraded, we ran into problems. Poking around on the site, I found another installation of the board. I decided to reinstall the board. I made a new folder and backed up the database. Then I installed the board in the new directory. when I was done, I restored my database. the import failed so I deleted the database and reinstalled the database from my backup. That worked. The website was fine and so was the board, so I thought. I came to find out my photo that I had as an avatar isn't there, When I click on forums to read them, I get an error even though they are all there, and a new user coming in from the website can't get on. There is no register option, just a login. Please help. Thank You

I don't understand your question. The link to the board is www.swpaskywarn.com/forums/admin is the only way I can get in.

Looks like your files aren't in the right place.
member.php and maybe others, need to be in yourdomain.com/forums/ folder.

I can get in if i use http://www.swpaskywarn.com/forums/admin and use my password.

Why "Uploads" ?
