I think there is a MOD underway for a post preview type thing, but I'm not sure if its stioll going or is posponed unttil Gold arrives.
And doing your what your requesting such an easy thing to do, due to browser compatibility, and I'm not just talking about IE, its the same for FireFox, Opera and all others.
The one i posted is cross-browser compatible (with IE/FF/Opera anyway), and if the browser isn't, it just shows a textbox as normal. The only problem is it uses html, dunno if it can be modded to use bbcode or not

Yeah, is it going to be coming on any future MYBB release? If not, are there plans on making a mod? Please don't use HOTEDITOR
