When you login to your FTP server, where are your forum files relative to your location after you login?
Well am I supposed to create an FTP account before uploading? Cause it won't let me it always gives me the "Error while adding the FTP account! Please contact the technical support!" I sent them a message but haven't replied yet. But do I need an FTP account for it to work?
So how have you uploaded the files?
I downloaded the FlashFXP Trial put in my password, url, name, etc. and all the files are uploaded I just can't access the install page (poketech.freehostia.com/forum/install) it keeps giving me an error.
So you did do it with FTP then?
After logging in with FlashFXP, which directories did you open before you uploaded your files?
(i.e. httpdocs/)
Is it just my host cause I can not access it no matter what I do? I'll try finding a different host site.
