No, only some (2 or so) templates need updating. Plugins still work on 1.2.14.

Are you suggesting that we release a .txt file for you to manually upgrade your forums to 1.2.14? There have been 25 files that have been changed and over 20 bug fixes.

Just to clarify there; it is highly unlikely that there will be a .txt file provided for this upgrade.

Well, it would be nice to know the manual upgrade procedures for just the security patch, just in case any of your users don't want to do the whole update. Just FYI! That HAS been provided in the past, at least when Chris did the releases.
Nice, a lot of bugs fixed, in the 1.2 series (1 small step from the mybb1.2 series and 1 large step from the mybb1.4 series)
