Un-comment (remove the /* before and */ after) the "text-align" attribute.
Where is the text-align attribute, which class?
I'm wondering how to add Header buttons, (Where Member List, Calender, etc. are) but the code in the header template is completely different from all the tutorials. What do I do?

Go to: Header Templates > header_welcomeblock_guest or header_welcomeblock_member
The menu is located in the div classed "welcomebar-top".
