Same problem and the changes of setting don't save it

Well, many people have done this ok so I can only assume you've done something wrong.

Tell me the exact process you took whilst upgrading.

Same bug in past of MyBB 1.4.0 to 1.4.1

I upload all files of the "mybb1402_changefiles.zip" then go to myweb/install and upgrade

That wasn't the same - that made double settings groups, not each setting itself.
Anyway that was fixed and wasn't in this one, because as I said, other people have had no problem.

1.4.1 to upgrade mybb1402_changefiles.zip I DID The PROBLEM IS GOING ON

I did and i still have this problem and everthing i do in the panel askme login and pass and the setting don't save.

I just tried to upgrade a test forum and I got double settings too. I know exactly what to do and followed it exactly, yet it still happened.

Weird.
