You could add one more which is

Trust & Respect who support you
Don't think for a while that this guy who's trying to help you, will steal your board or mess it up, especially for well known people on the board. So trust them and open all possibities you can for them.

I don't think so. Better to leave other people logging into your account (MyBB, FTP, MySQL, cPanel) as a last resort.
