OKAY, so in my ACP I set the url up to where it works.
My site is Yaoiland.

So how can I make it so that my users can log in?
I've been working on this site for a while, and I still have lots to do.

Now im having ACP issues.

Open your ./inc/config.php file and look for Cookie Domain. Make sure it is set to: .yaoiland.co.cc

Then, go to ACP >> Configuration >> General Config. and change the cookie domain there, also.

That should do it.

Tried that, but there is no cookie domain thing in that file.

He meant inc/settings.php - Once you've changed that also make sure you change it in the ACP.

Cookie domain > .yaoiland.co.cc
Cookie path > /

in ./inc/settings.php

Then ACP > Configuration > General Configuration.

Yay it worked! Also, im not having ACP issues!

Good Remember to make sure you make those changes in the ACP too.

OK, I am how ever having login problems. Why?

Did you make the changes in the ACP after??

Yes. I did.
Both to the settings file and within the ACP.
