Hello, Ive been having this annoying error. I cant login when I try to upgrade. The password and username is correct, because if I write something else, I get that it's incorrect. The screen just refresh.

I have uploaded 3 times over and I have tried IE, FF and Opera. I have deleted my Cookies and web history.

What can I do?

So you're using the same login that you have on the forum??

I know that the password is correct.

I'm going from 1.2.13 to the latest 1.4.4.

Well, try and reset it anyway, won't hurt

If not, re-upload the ./install/ folder and see what that does.

I have done this multiple times, doesn't work.

I have disabled all my plugins and deleted them, I have deleted my custom languages.

This sucks.

Please make sure using the correct username and password. Also, did you use the MyBB Merge System at any point on that forum?

The account and password is 100% correct. No, I did not use Merge system. It's 100% orginial mybb.

There really isn't another explanation unless there are code modifications that you don't know about or you are using the wrong password/username

I will give it a go. But, I have uploaded the new version and deleted it, reuploaded the old version a couple of times. Everytime I login to the old version, I get the login information correct, so I don't get why the password and username would be incorrect when I've spelled them right 10 times, just before the upgrading.

Type them in notepad or something and copy them in, so you have no doubt that they might be incorrect in any way.
