any one can update this theme for 1.4.X

i have probleme with Category titles and portal

That is available as a 1.4 theme... I had it installed for a short time.

Probably better to ask on the forum that the theme is from, as this theme is a bit more advanced than other themes. You'll have to edit the CSS somehow but the theme author will probably be able to give you the best answer.

by the way i test it on 1.4.2 working great
but with 1.4.4 i have this probleme

As said, go to the author's website and let him/her know, you'll get better help since they made the theme themselves.

If you look in the picture of 1.4.2 the column is bigger so the text is more to the left, in 1.4.4 the column is smaller so is more to the right, you only have to edit your CSS...
