As Rcpalace said, you'll need to contact your web host and have them check their logs to see if they can resolve it. It's not a bug/problem with MyBB.
I can't though. That's the problem. Their support system is broken.
Wait until they fix it. We can't do anything on our part as it isn't a MyBB problem.
