hey guyz i have shoutbox_ajax_mybb1201.0.1 called file ---shout box but i dont know where to put it to work

read me says: INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SHOUTBOX AJAX
1. UPLOAD THE FILES TO YOUR MYBB FORUM
2. ACTIVATE THE PLUGIN
i dont know where to upload
Upload it to inc/plugins/.
all of the files or only the plugin it self

i have done that and when i try to activate the plug in it shows me this error
SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'a5880278_admin.mybb_mybb_settings' doesn't exist
Query:
