when someone registered to my forum he/she receives an e-mail that has non sense title on their browsers even if they change encoding views!!! even the e-mail itself has the same non sense.
how can i fix this (i didn't change the activation e-mail) "my site is in arabic.

it shows $,*,&, and other signs and weird looking letter that has dots in it and little , with it...etc.

i use mybb 1.29 cause it support most plugins and themes, and also my language pack, how can i fix this?
