You mean you can only use this tag once in a post?
It could be an error with the plugin. I can use multiple tags of any other MyCode, and it works fine - so it's probably a plugin error. Unless they did it purposely so you can only use one.
I only see the button in the quick reply not in the normal reply.

What other plugins do you have installed?
I think I find out why I could not find it.
The modifications where not made in the templates.
But in the part that showed the texttools (size, collor).
Now it works.
