I honestly don't think there's permissions for the on/off icons, though. Can you post links to the on/off icon you're using? It might just be that my internet is blocking it(I have a proggie to block certain links/images)
I tried viewing from a guest perspective in Opera also, and yes, they aren't showing. They show fine while logged in though.. wonder what it could be..

Do you have any plugins that might be causing this?
