There is nothing wrong with paying someone to do the work for you, what are your employers doing at your job?
Yeah a little work from you, but if you really have the money to pay someone go right ahead.
But i agree a new logo and some content would be cool, also a .com or .co.uk domain would also be sufficient.
The 404 error is because the url is pointing to a folder /GioSoft/ which isn't there.
