So i tried changing the size of the avatar via Show Thread Options in the ACP but now the avatars have disappeared totally.
I'm sure that i haven't changed anything else, so im clueless to what happened.

Try changing it back to what it was before and see if they reappear.

Tried that and it didnt work.
The avatars are completely gone? Like deleted from your server?

Well avatars were working fine when i started, and then i saw they were small hen people posted. so i thought ill change them to a larger size.
When i changed it and returned to the forum, bang avatars just disappeared.
Could the Avartar directory or Avatar Upload Path been affected?
annd when i view members/admins via the ACP i can see the avatar. The avatar doesnt show up when posting in threads.
User CP > Edit Options; Are you sure you didn't hide them from view?
Its on view, so i haven't changed anything there since its affecting every person on the forum. No ones avatar is working.
You messed up your settings. The height/width of the avatars shows 0 for the width, and the height is empty.
