I have read all the information on the Wiki and everything else on this site regarding log in problems.... and none seem to be mine.

Let me give a little history first.... I started off installing MyBB 1.2.14 to do a conversion from SMF, that was successful, so I upgraded to MyBB 1.4.4, everything seemed fine, so I installed a theme and some plugins. Now I am unable to log in, I can log into the ACP without any problems. When I try to log into the forum itself the page just refreshes and stays on the login page, which is member.php, does not give me an error message or anything. Any help would be appreciated. My url is http://www.fpsboards.com/forum , i did create a test account for someone to see what I am talking about, PM me for that.

Update: Well it seems the test user I created can log in, so I am thinking this might be connected in someway to my conversion from SMF.

What plugins do you have installed?

Because you've merged, you'll probably need this:

Edit: Actually, that's for the 1.4 merge system, so may not work if you've used the 1.2 merge system...

Well I shut down all the plug-ins and still nothing. I uploaded that file also and still it does the same thing. I can PM someone a log in, mine that moved over during the conversion, I will just have to change the password on it.

yes.. i used the 1.2 merge system.

Did you use the 1.4 or 1.2 merge system?

I'm guessing that fix won't work since it's for the 1.4 merge system.

I have not alerted my users to the change yet.... should I try to re-install and use the 1.4 merge system?

Don't quote me on this, as I've barely used the 1.2 merge system, but don't you need the loginconvert plugin activated to be able to login? Or is that the 1.4 system...

I have the loginconvert plugin file in the "inc" folder, but it does not even show up on the plugin list on the ACP.
