I don't take risks with my friends computers, whenever i am using their computers i just install firefox on their computer and redirect the IE icon to it. They don't usually notice and are a million times better off

I have a 16 gig flash drive on my keychain and I installed FF on it so that when I'm at a friends computer that doesn't have it, I still browse on my fav

Portable apps is king for that ^^^ I love it :p
