I think it looks good for your first MyBB theme, although I won't be using it.
I don't like it it's far to basic. I don't like the colours either.
Comeon Guys give him some good comments...
Although you are not using this skin yet it sounds good as the name suggest
Well criticism is criticism. He can't improve if we don't say what looks bad..
It's a bit too simple.. And the background image looks.. off put. (If that's the word for it.)
For me, it looks like a defult theme with some colors changed (Actually I think it is
). Also the colors don't actually match.
It has some (little) enhancemets from the default

such as .tcat has light blue, and thead_bg is somewhat darken,
This looks decent, but definitely not mind-blowing; but kudos for creating a theme
