Hey Matt! How have you been?
OK I found it and I did it but I don't think it worked. There were all these qualifying things in the last page of it and I left them all blank. Was that right?
P.S. By "qualifying" I mean "Username contains," "Email address contains," "Members of the following groups," "Post count is."
Just checked with users; no one got the email.
I've always choose "Less Than" and put "99999" - then I know everyone will get it.
Never tried to send a mass mail out with the fields left blank though.
Hi it's still not sending. It says the delivery date was yesterday and that it's in a queue. Please help! This was supposed to go out yesterday!
You can manually run the mass mail task by clicking the little clock in the task manager.

Yes I got there before I sent the last post to you... and I don't see any little clock. Can you please directly me exactly to where this clock is and what I need to click on to find it and what I need to click on in order to set the time?
