No it isn't. It opens in a popup (link is located in the welcome block) for members to choose their country.
It's sort of like the MyMood plugin. It isn't based on IP.
Nevertheless, a great plugin. And I like the flag images you are using.

No It is Not Automatic It Is Manually you Have to add this

And One thing you did not noticed that it have also a setting on usercp

You HAve to subscribe to download that or there is a some other rule also present there talk with Nano

What Do You Mean I am the founder and Nano Is My partner and he made this plugin of country flag i think you reply in that country flag in my forum

But I am curently using Thor's IP to country plugin and it is fantastic... Therefore, no need to install any other plugin
