The IE PNG fix in the css code doesn't work for me. I tried it on IE 8 and I get red x's. next to my toplink graphics and my logo.

I pointed to it and it went to properties and it points to my domain name and then /blank.gif. I then uploaded a blank.gif file and it work.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I think it my own browser only.

You didn't upload the images/ folder.. that as nothing to do with the PNG fix

yes the images folder has been uploaded. The toplink graphics are there, but there is also a red x behind them.

Okay. I viewed it in IE8 with no issues
Must be an issue on your end..
