The Admin CP works perfectly, however, every other file shows a blank page.
This happened suddenly, about 5 minutes ago.
If anyone can think of what is happening, I'd be really grateful.

Check your 'index' template, is it empty?
hmm. It's literally not putting anything out not even one html tag.
I would say contact your host as well images load fine which means it's most likely php not parsing the pages. Which is odd as you say the ACP works.
And, pirate it's the memberslist and any other php page

Ok, but I don't think that'd help, as I didn't edit the .htaccess anytime near when every page turned blank.
EDIT: Just checked it, didn't seem to have any problems.
Again is your index template empty? @NetSage I am not going to tell him to check all templates

Lol, I just deleted my templateset table and now recreating it.
And no, all my templates seem to be fine.
EDIT: It seems that not only Discuss Admin is down, my demo board, which is basically a subdirectory of Discuss Admin
If it was a case of an empty template(s), you'd see this in the source:

Absolutely nothing in the source indicates something else... do you have any sort of SEO URLs??
