Turns out to be part of b2evolution.

In the zip goto blogs --> inc --> plugins. All the odd files are in that folder

I'm sorry I missed this thread, I wish you had used the plugin's release thread or sent me a PM so that I could help you out but alls well that ends well. Glad it works now
