I am planning on starting a new forum ASAP. However I cannot seem to find someone who makes custom Themes. I rather need a completly new theme, or for the default theme to be customized to look like a new theme.
Need a custom, unique, and clean looking theme. If you can do this please show me some examples, and also give me some details on what you can do. Also let me know how much you charge.

There are a few forums that have custom paid theme. If you have a design in mind (Like a relative idea of what you want it to look like) I might be able to help. Or you could check out Zynge.net, MyBBCentral.com, and theres more I cant think of right now. You can check out the Showcase section of the forum and see if you can find anything.

You see the top part that stretchs across the whole screen? I wanted something like this, however I wanted the loggin section, and all the other links in it:

All the stuff I have circled in red should go into the part it's pointing into. So where the Search Box is I would want the Loggin Boxes. Also where it says:

* Signup
* Community
* News
* Contact Us
* Upgrade
* Features
I would want the following to replace:
* Register
* Search
* Member List
* Calendar
* Help
Also I may want to add some more to that list above.
Then after this top part. The whole middle section would be the forums theirselves with the statistics at the bottom. Then at the bottom, the footer. I would like it to be like the top (matching) and also stretch across the whole forum. The myBB copyright, and my own copyright would go in the footer.
I don't want to use the same graphics as
http://avidblog.us/community/ I just used that as an example as I wanted the header and footer to strecth across the whole screen. Then for the forums in the middle to be at a fixed width.
The forums niche is like a gaming/anime niche. It has many characters. I wanted to add them in. With a logo, and then custom post graphics etc. The color scheme would be nice bright colors, clean looking.
If anyone can do this? All custom graphics, no stealing off others etc plus the coding. Let me know.

EDIT: I think I might get a designer to make me a Header, and Footer as a .PSD image. Then I can just request the coding. I think this may be a lot easier.

It don't have a website for it. I am starting a brand new project. It will be a forum only.
