Found the problem. He uploaded the Webvolution folder to the images folder on his main direcroty, not his forum directory.

Thanks alot for that, it does help but it only uploads half of the theme. I've even tried editing the stylesheets but all of it doesn't work. I don't think there's much more I can do...

Uninstall the theme, and then do a fresh install of the theme.

I've reuploaded it but it's still doing the same thing. I must be doing something wrong, just can't figure it out. Sorry if this is a pain but I really just don't know what to do with it...
