Great theme, but I'm having a minor problem.
When I apply the theme everything works fine and dandy, but it seems to stretch just a little bit over. I got a screenshot of what I mean.

Notice the scroll bar at the bottom and the little space on the top right. Is there a way to remove that space and the scrolling?
I've got a 1440x900 resolution if that matters.

The Terms of Use / Licensing link seems to be hit with a 500 Internal Server Error message.
