I started a Pokemon board (2 years ago) at Invision and we had a lot more posts
Anyhow, maybe change the skin, and otherwise, you're pretty nice!
(great domain as well, I ran off of a subdomain back then lol)

You could use some SEO. Try the Google SEO plugin, and read some tips or tutorials on SEO. You could be so much more ahead of all the results on Google. You have a great domain, make use of it. And I'm glad you're still a Pokémon forum.
