Try going to your Server and Optimization Options in settings and disable friendly redirecting, if that doesn't work try installing the original quick theme plugin, this should tell us if its a problem with the coding of the plugin or something conflicting.

Then something is wrong with your themes & templates and that problem is beyond me, I've never seen this happen before, I can't help you anymore I just don't know what else you can try.
I'm using this on 1.6 with no problems. All I had to do was change the compatibility value from 14 to 16.

I love how this seems to be totally ignored. I want to know the same thing.
Just the mod I've been looking for (with the whole style link change) but the main reason I downloaded this is because I
don't want the dropdown box.
It appears to be styled like Ryan Gordon's Quick Theme - this is built into the footer start tag. There is no template for it.
