The entire avatar folder should be copied to your images folder. I renamed my folder to "framed_avatar", so it would be more intuitive, and then updated the plugin accordingly.

I dunno, looks pretty good to me (I see no errors, etc.). Like the post bubbles too -- is that from MyBB Extras?
