For all Google Chrome users, I just found a VERY useful extension (As long as you are using the beta version of Chrome.)

It lets you view pages in IE... While still in Google Chrome.

If that doesnt make sense, check it out here.
Ohh I so need this, I'll to install the beta version (and hope extensions are available for that one).
Extensions are ONLY available for the beta version so far. This extension is sooo useful. I havent gotten to use it yet because I just found it, but I went to some sites that used CSS3 and used it.
Yep pretty useful, found it some weeks ago.
Theres also a W3 validator extension. Its REALLY nice.

2. With this you dont even have to have IE on your PC

4. You dont have to have multiple browser windows open

6. You dont have to wait for IE to load, and

5. You can test your website/theme in IE and make adjustments without having to worry about the previously stated reasons.

I've been looking for Google Chrome beta, but I don't know if it's the latest version >.<
Just go here, there should be a bar that says you need beta to be able to use extensions.
