I have been using 1.4.1 since one year that i upgraded it to 1.4.2, but in the site, i couldn't find upgrade version 1.4.2 to 1.4.11 can you any one suggest me how can i upgrade 1.4.2 to 1.4.11.

Update the same as the version 1.4.1 and should not be a problem.
Backup everything, download 1.4.11, upload the lot over your current files, go to yoursite.com/install/upgrade.php, choose 1.4.2 from the list.

in the list i found only 1.4 or 1.4.2. but i want to upgrade to 1.4.11.

You would have to update to mybb 1.4.2 first b4 updating to 1.4.11

Yes i upgraded 1.4.2 version. My old server has 5.2.3 php version where as my new server has 5.3.0 php version, new server i have downloaded 1.4.11 and trying to install it when i tried to install i am getting that error.

If you upload all the new files, like you need to to upgrade, the error will go away. You need to choose 1.4.2 from the list as it needs to know what version you're coming from, it knows that you're going to 1.4.11. Do not run the installer, run the upgrader.
Edit: As TimB has correctly pointed out, 1.4.2 isn't in the list, choose 1.4.1.
I am running upgrader only instead of installing the new version. if i install new version 1.4.11 what are the files that i need to manually transfer from 1.4.2 to 1.4.11. when i click usercp and admincp it is pointing to old site could please tell me where i have to change these path entries.

You need to upload the entire 1.4.11 package so it overwrites your current files. What do you mean your 'old site'?? This is the first time you've mentioned your URL has changed too. And again, you're not installing 1.4.11, you're upgrading to it.
My requirement is i want to upgrade my content which is hosted in old server with version 1.4.2 to new server 1.4.11. In the new server i have setup 1.4.11 and i copied content whole content include backup of 1.4.2 to 1.4.11. after i hosted this i am getting below error message
