For some strange reason when I go to my site,
www.thehelpforums.net I get a 404 not found error. I checked the files via FTP and index.php and all other files are there. When I try to access another file in the root directory I get the same problem. This has been going on for about 5 hours now. I tried to figure it out but couldn't. Any ideas?
I can access cPanel on a specific port so I don't think so
Are they correctly Chmod?

Yes. It was working. I haven't done anything to it at all. It just all of a suddon starts showing a 404 page in FireFox. In IE I get a 500 error.
Are you on Dedicated or VPS? Or shared/Reseller?

1) Never delete just rename.
2) Good for them? Is it shared Dedicated VPS or Reseller?
